Return and Exchange Policy

At ANNA, we are committed to providing our clients with an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure consistency and clarity, we adhere to a strict company policy regarding returns and exchanges. Please note that we do not offer any returns or exchanges for both domestic and international orders. 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. A cancellation fee of 15% of the total amount will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Please allow time for the credit to reflect in your account. After 24 hours, refunds will not be issued.


Exchange and Refund Policy

There is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order. 
Exchanges or store credits will only be provided in the rare event that a defective or incorrect item is received. To qualify, the item must be unused and undamaged, and the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, requests cannot be accommodated.

For International customers, It is mandatory for the recipient to check and revert for any complaints within 48 hours of receiving the order, After which the company is not liable to entertain any sort of exchange/refund/chargeback or compensation.

Kindly note changes can only be made to an order within 48 hours of placing the order.
It is advised that clients choose outfits, sizes and colours carefully before placing orders to avoid any inconvenience later.
